A young actress and laureate of the prestigious film festival has come to face a tough journey with 18-year-old Emmanuelle Dukan, who was born on August 29, 1981, in Belgium. Her debut film "Rosita" won the prize for Best Actress at the Cannes Film Festival in 1999. Throughout her career, she appeared in more than 50 films, demonstrating her acting talent and inspiring fans.

Despite the circumstances, Emmanuelle continued to fight. Last May, the actress appeared on the red carpet of the Cannes Film Festival, smiling and presenting her new work "The Survival," commemorating the 25th anniversary of "Rosita." Her short haircut and light waves were the result of treatment, but Emmanuelle remained strong and decisive, despite the illness.

Unfortunately, the 43-year-old Belgian actress has passed away due to a rare type of cancer. In October 2023, Emmanuelle announced her diagnosis - cancer of the ovaries, which, due to its aggressive form, interrupted her career. In a post on Instagram on February 4, she noted that the struggle with this illness had been incredibly difficult.
